Curating The Young collaborated with the ErfgoedApp to curate a walk around the Vaart area with several artistic stops. Five artists made their interpretation of the characteristics of Bouts: perspective, landscapes, everyday elements and emotionlessness.
For my first open-air work ever, I got inspired by one of my most favorite paintings; ‘Mater Dolorosa’ by the atelier of Dieric Bouts. I translated this pastel drawing into a screenprint on wood.
